FREE ESTIMATE
When you contact us for your lawn care service, you can choose between an in-person estimate or a virtual estimate. For an in-person estimate, a crew member will meet you at your house to assess the project and give you a price instantly, as long as you live within 15 miles of Manassas. If you prefer a virtual quote, you can submit photos of the project so we can send you a quote over email!

We begin our lawn care service by mowing and edging your property, usually on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. How often do I need lawn mowing services?
You may need lawn care services weekly, biweekly, monthly, or sometimes less frequently depending on which services you need for your property. Our lawn mowing service offers weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly options, and bi-weekly has been the most popular for our customers as it adequately maintains your lawn and remains budget conscious.
Do I need to prepare my property before lawn care services?
We advise that you remove any loose debris, objects, or vehicles from your grass to make it easier for our crew to work on your property. Further, we ask that you try to water your lawn a day or two prior to our aeration or overseeding services as this can help them to be more effective. Please contact us if you have any questions about how to prepare for your service!
What is the best time of year for aeration and overseeding?
We suggest that you aerate and overseed your lawn at least once a year, typically during the early fall and optionally during the spring. Further, your grass should generally be fertilized 2-4 times a year in the early spring and fall when your grass is still growing to feed it necessary nutrients. What length will my grass be cut?
We determine how tall to cut your grass depending on the season and the grass type of your property. Generally, we will cut your lawn lower in the spring, around 2.5-3.5 inches, when temperatures are lower. As it gets hotter, we will keep your lawn taller to ensure it stays green and lush throughout the warmer seasons. If you wish for your lawn cut shorter or higher at any point, please reach out to your representative and we would be glad to match your preferences.
Do you handle lawn edging and trimming as well?
For most of our clients, we handle edging and trimming their lawns to help keep them contained and appealing after our service. We can follow any specifications you desire when trimming your lawn, just let a crew member know! If you want us to skip edging & trimming, let us know prior to our appointment. However, it could impact the final appearance of your lawn significantly!
